I started a group practice where I have contracted with a Clinical Psychologist and Social Workers in providing services to clients.  We have been approved for medicaid and we are credential with many insurance companies.  

We desire to run a Drug & Alcohol Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization and IOP's and Partial Hospitalizations for Mental Health Issues in treating Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia etc. We are trying to meet the requirements for the state to be licensed for Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA).

They indicated that I need Policy and Procedures that are specific to Federal Regulations 42 CFR Part 2.  If I only have a sample copy of Policy and Procedures that meet this standard would be helpful - specifically to Indiana since I have agencies in Indiana.

Again, they are requesting Policies and Procedures as they pertain to clients rights. I have consent forms, and authorization for treatment, HIPPA Forms etc. but no solid detail written procedures and Policy manual etc.vas established by 42 CFR part 2 - Please advise and thank you.
